I’m delighted to invite you to come read and write with me. Since I was very young, reading fiction and writing my own stories have helped me understand and embrace life – all of it, whatever challenges or gifts it presents. My stories have helped me make sense of experiences. My characters have become my trusted advisers.

Thomas Archer once said to Sapphire the Faerie, “Life is brutal,” and she replied, “Life is beautiful.” They were both correct.
